D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s le Tao, chacun de nos organes est li\u00e9 \u00e0 un type d&rsquo;\u00e9motions. Le foie , par exemple, serait le si\u00e8ge de la col\u00e8re et du calme. Je d\u00e9bute la s\u00e9ance en \u00e9tablissant un contact avec l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;abdomen par le biais de la respiration.
